Please read them carefully before using our Service. Access to and use of the Site, whether manual or automated, constitute full and informed acceptance of these Terms.
Article 1 bis: Age Restrictions
Age restrictions apply: learnenglishwithinna does not permit individuals under the age of 18 to use the Service.
We do our best to restrict access to our websites, products, and services for minors. Although the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to address a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world.
Any subscriber who does not meet these criteria will be immediately removed from our database as soon as we become aware of the situation. Likewise, any customer who does not meet these criteria will be refunded, and the return of the product(s) concerned will be requested.
Article 2: Placing an Order
By placing an order for lessons or packages through the Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Article 3: Price
Prices are stated in euros, inclusive of VAT (where applicable). Any promotions or special offers are displayed on the course or booking page.
The Owner reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, confirmed orders will not be affected by such changes.
Article 4: Customer Information
If you wish to place an order for the Products available through the Service, you will be required to provide certain information relevant to your order, including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, credit card number, credit card expiration date, billing address, and shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit or debit card or other payment method in connection with any Order; and (ii) the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide this information to third parties for payment processing purposes in order to facilitate the completion of your order.
Article 5: Payment
Payment must be made in advance using the methods available on the website:

Stripe (credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)

PayPal (via personal account)
Payment is considered valid only upon confirmation by the payment service provider (Stripe or PayPal).
Inna Tkachuk does not have access to any bank or credit card details entered during the transaction.
The delivery of the lesson or purchased service will take place only after payment has been received.
Article 6: Delivery
Free calls and purchased lessons take place online, via platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet or other tools indicated by the Owner.
The client will receive confirmation via email with the details to access the call or lesson.
It is the User's responsibility to ensure that they have a stable internet connection and a compatible device.
⚠️ Individual lessons can only be rescheduled if the cancellation request is communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be considered as cancelled and will not be refundable or recoverable.
In the event of technical problems not attributable to the Owner (e.g. User disconnection, non-working microphone, absence without notice), the lesson will still be considered as having been completed.
Article 7: Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The Owner reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time for legal, technical, or organisational reasons.
In the event of significant changes, a new updated version will be published with the revision date clearly indicated.
By continuing to use the website and services after such changes, the User is deemed to have automatically accepted the revised Terms.
